Matura, kushtet në ditën e provimit

Ditën e nesërme, rreth 45 mijë maturantë nga të gjitha shkollat e vendit, do të japin provimin e parë me detyrim, atë të Gjuhës së Huaj, duke nisur nga ora 10:00. Ky është viti i dytë radhazi, që jepet me detyrim lënda e Gjuhës së Huaj, dhe këtë vit do të ketë një shkallë vështirësie më të lartë, në krahasim me vitin e kaluar. Ndërsa janë në fazën përfundimtare të përgatitjes, specialistët e Ministrisë së Arsimit tërheqin edhe njëherë vëmendjen për rregullat që duhet të zbatohen ditën e provimit. Janë një sërë rregullash që përcaktojnë qartë rastet kur një maturant mund të përjashtohet nga provimi dhe të mos i njihen
rezultatet.

Maturantët duhet të paraqiten në shkollë një orë e gjysem përpara fillimit të provimit dhe nuk u lejohet të mbajnë mjet komunikimi me vete. Në këtë kohë kryhet identifikimi i nxënësit, hyrja në mjediset e provimit (klasa), ulja e tyre në vende, si dhe leximi i rregullave për kandidatët. Procesi i identifikimit të çdo maturanti gjatë hyrjes së tyre në mjediset e provimit kryhet nga përgjegjësi i administrimit të provimit. Me kërkesën e tij, ai mund të ndihmohet nga drejtori i shkollës dhe administratorët e provimit. Pas fillimit të zhvillimit të provimit, nuk lejohet që drejtori i shkollës të hyjë në mjediset ku zhvillohet provimi.

Hyrja dhe ndarja e çdo maturanti nëpër klasa, bëhet duke ndjekur në mënyrë rigoroze rendin zbritës të listës emërore. Ndërkohë, çdo maturant në ditën e provimit duhet të ketë me vete për identifikim, certifikatën personale me fotografi ose letërnjoftimin. Sipas rregullores, lejohet hyrja në provim vetëm e nxënësit të shpallur në listë. Ndërsa, sistemimi i çdo kandidati në mjediset e provimit bëhet një nga një, sipas rendit të hyrjes së tyre. Madje, ndalohet ndërrimi i vendeve. Në ato shkolla apo mjedise ku provimi administrohet vetëm në një klasë, sistemimi i nxënësve bëhet sipas rendit alfabetik. Në rast se një nxënës thyen rregulloren, ai jo vetëm që do të përjashtohet nga provimi i Gjuhës së Huaj, por nuk do të ketë mundësi të japë as provimet e tjera.

Megjithatë maturantët kanë edhe të drejtat e tyre. “Në rast se maturanti vëren ndonjë shkelje të rregullores së provimit nga ana e nxënësve të tjerë, ai ka të drejtë të raportojë për parregullsi tek administratori i provimit”, thuhet në rregullore. Maturantët që dorëzojnë testin e provimit përpara kohës së përcaktuar, nuk duhet të dalin nga mjedisi ku zhvillohet provimi para dy orësh nga fillimi i tij, por të grumbullohen në një sallë të përcaktuar më parë. Çdo Drejtori Arsimore, brenda datës 25 maj 2015, merr nga shkollat listat e mbetësve të vitit 2014-2015, dhe në datat 25 e 26 maj i pasqyron ato në sistemin elektronik Matura Online, sipas udhëzimit të dërguar nga Agjencia Kombëtare e Provimeve. Brenda datës 30 maj 2015, dërgohet në AKP, e printuar dhe në kopje elektronike, listat e mbetësve të vitit për çdo shkollë. Drejtoritë e shkollave, brenda datës 25 maj 2015, njoftojnë maturantët mbetës, që të mos paraqiten në provimet e Maturës Shtetërore 2015, pa likuiduar më parë provimet e klasës.

Përjashtohen

Maturantët, të cilët kanë përfunduar shkollën e mesme para vitit 2014, por nuk janë pajisur ende me diplomë, nuk do ta japin provimin e detyruar të Gjuhës së Huaj. Ndonëse këtë vit shkollor është përcaktuar se Gjuha e Huaj do të jetë e detyrueshme për të gjithë maturantë, në manualin e maturantit përcaktohet se kjo kategori përjashtohet. Ndërsa të gjithë maturantët e tjerë duhet të japin pesë provime, ku tre prej tyre janë të detyruar dhe dy të tjerë me zgjedhje.

Për sa i përket Gjuhës së Huaj, maturantët do t’i nënshtrohen provimit në atë gjuhë të cilën e kanë kryesore. “Maturantët që kanë përfunduar shkollën e mesme para vitit 2014, por nuk janë pajisur me Dëftesë Pjekurie ose Diplomë, nuk e japin Gjuhën e Huaj si provim të detyruar. Ndërkohë pasi kanë fituar provimet e Maturës, marrin Diplomë dhe Certifikatë të Maturës Shtetërore”, përcaktohet në Manualin e Maturës Shtetërore. Mirëpo, maturantët për të qenë kalues duhet të marrin më shumë se 20 për qind të pikëve në provim. Ndërkohë në provim mund të marrin pjesë, nxënësit të cilët kanë përfunduar me sukses vitin e fundit shkollor dhe kanë plotësuar formularin A1.

Gjithashtu provimet e maturës i jep kandidati që ka përfunduar me sukses vitin e fundit të shkollës së mesme, ka marrë dëftesë pjekurie ose diplomë të maturës shtetërore dhe ka plotësuar formularin A1Z, pra e ka të detyrueshme të japë provime me zgjedhje. Ndërkohë një tjetër pikë në këtë manual është edhe mundësia që u jepet maturantëve që kanë përfunduar studimet jashtë për të vazhduar në institucionet e arsimit të lartë në Shqipëri.

Rregullat

1 - Të merrni masat e duhura për paraqitjen e fëmijëve në kohë në qendrën e provimit dhe pajisjen e tyre me mjete identifikimi. Në mungesë të mjetit të identifikimit nxënësi duhet të jetë i pajisur me vërtetimet e firmosura nga drejtuesit e shkollave.

2 - Mos lejoni fëmijët të futen në provime me mjete identifikimi të personave të tjerë, pasi do pezullohen dhe ndëshkohen sipas rregullores së Maturës Shtetërore 2015.

3 - Mos lejoni fëmijët dhe nxënësit të marrin dhe të përdorin celular ditën e provimit, pasi do pezullohen konform rregullores.

4 - Mësuesit administratorë dhe përgjegjës administrimi nuk do të përdorin celular ditën e provimit.

5 - Të shmangen nga provimi mësuesit administratorë që ka6në konflikt interesi.

6 - Për nxënësit dhe administratorët që do të thyejnë rregulloren e MSH gjatë procesit të provimit do të merren masat e duhura në zbatim të akteve nënligjore në fuqi.

7 - Nxënësit duhet të marrin 10 pikë (20 për qind) për të qenë kalues.
